Mac Spotify Don't Load Startup

  1. Spotify Still Opens On Startup
  2. Mac Spotify Don't Load Startup App
  3. Windows 10 Spotify Startup

I found this on a question posted two years ago - I'm having the same exact problem. The best chosen answer was to kill the app and then re-open it. This does not work. I'm getting really upset because I pay $10/month and half of the songs on my playlist stop playing. Help! I'm hoping that since 2011, there have been advances in knowledge as to why this happens! Anything helps. Thanks!

Mac

Something is wrong with my Mac. Out of the blue, over the last few days, it is running extremely slow. Web pages won't load or if they finally do it takes forever. The little spin wheel just keeps going. Sometimes a page will load after a very long time but as I scroll down, only part of the page is there and the rest never loads.

Mac Spotify Don

Previous Question:
I just got Spotify and signed up for the $10/month plan that includes the mobile access. I'm somewhat disappointed, however, because the app has a terrible layout that makes it incredibly difficult to find music that you've saved (all you can do is add it to a playlist or create one). But what is most disappointing is that random songs will not play on the mobile app (iPhone at least) but they will play on the computer program. The songs will not be grayed out as unavailable and will appear to be completely accessible, but when you press to play one of these random songs, it will bring up the album picture and look like it's going to play, but never loads the song.

  • Why does youtube randomly stop playing? I have an iPhone and I'll be in the app when the playlist (on loop) will randomly stop playing. It doesn't even show up as paused or loading it just completely stops playing without a reason
  • Why does my music stop playing when I go to my messages? I have an IPhone 4 and when I put music on and then go to my messages it stops playing. Why is it doing this?
  • Why does my iphone stop working after I change the date and how can I stop it from doing that? I changed the date to this day 5 years ago so I could extend my spotify premium trial (this actually works) but then me texts weren't sending or receiving same with BBM and Facebook and literally every other social network app and I couldn't connect to the App Store so I changed it back to auto and everything works but I want to stay on my spotify free trial please help
  • Why do some iPhones cost $200 and some cost $900? Is there like data forever or something on these jacked up price or are you literally buying a $900 iPhone when you can only use it for Wi-Fi? And why does it cost so much less when you get it with a service plan like AT&T?

Your Mac shows an Apple logo when it finds your local startup disk, which is a startup disk built into your Mac or directly connected to your Mac. As startup continues, you should see a progress bar or indicator , with or without the Apple logo. This screen might alternate with a blank screen several times.

Spotify Still Opens On Startup

If you're installing macOS, the Apple logo or progress bar might remain onscreen for much longer than usual after your Mac restarts. As installation continues, the progress bar might move slowly and pause for long periods. That's why Apple recommends beginning macOS installation in the evening—so that it can complete overnight, if needed.

If you feel that you've waited long enough to know that your Mac is stuck on this screen:
